SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- eHealthInsurance, the nation's leading source of health insurance for individuals, families and small businesses, today released its third national study revealing that the costs paid by consumers purchasing new individual and family health insurance plans are virtually unchanged from those paid by consumers six months earlier, contrary to other data that indicates skyrocketing premiums.
