NEW YORK -- Galaxy Systems, Inc., a privately owned IT staffing and solutions firm with New York headquarters, today announced the spin-off of its successful solutions services arm. The new entity, GalaxE.Solutions, a full service IT solutions firm, will focus on project based web services, privacy and security, online transaction processing, application development, and systems integration services.
