What the site does: The Wireless Internet Institute bills itself as an international think tank focusing on wireless Internet technologies, practices and implementation models. The institute was created by Boston-based World Times, which has been publishing papers on world affairs since 1978. Among its shareholders is the technology media, research and event company International Data Group.
