Boston Whaler's new Outrage 240 represents the pinnacle of the very design that the company first popularized in the 1960s. This center console fishing boat brings together many of the best ideas of the genre and in doing so will further endear the Whaler name to boaters ever where.
Like last year there are four center console models in Boston Whaler's Outrage series ranging from 20 [1/2] and 30 [1/2] feet and all catering to offshore anglers. For 2003 however Whaler has revamped the heart of this family with the introduction of two new boats -- the 270 (replacing the 260) and the focus of this test the 240 (replacing the 230).
