TON furniture maker to pay CZK 40 mln in dividends
Prague. October 1. INTERFAX EUROPE - Shareholders of TON, a producer of wooden furniture, voted during an extraordinary general meeting to pay dividends on retained profits.
The EGM agreed to pay dividends of CZK 104 per share for shares with a nominal value of CZK 1,000; and CZK 104,000 per share for shares with a nominal value of CZK 1 mln.
In all, the company will pay out CZK 42.016 mln in dividends.
