Alec Baldwin had one of those uniquely New York City moments right here in Minneapolis, behind the Fine Line. He came to town for last week's fund-raiser for Sen. Paul Wellstone and gubernatorial candidate Roger Moe. Baldwin had wrapped a photo session with just about anybody who asked for a pix when David Mann, the nightclub's bar manager, said, "Hey, how about a couple more pictures with the good-looking Jewish guy."
