Marigold Foods of Minneapolis is recalling half-gallons of Kemps chocolate chip ice cream because some might contain nuts that could cause some customers to have an allergic reaction, the company said Wednesday.
No reactions have been reported, said Rachel Kyllo, Kemps' vice president of marketing.
Kyllo said customers who brought the chocolate chip brand and are allergic or sensitive to cashews, filberts, hazelnuts or almonds should return the ice cream to the store where they bought it for a refund.
