A Massachusetts senior housing developer-manager said the Ossining complex it recently acquired is running well enough to warrant few changes.
Newton Senior Living has shortened the facility's name from Cambridge House on the Hudson to Cambridge on the Hudson. But the amount of housing and amenities will not change at the 108-unit development on Route 9, Newton spokesman Greg Anderson said.
"If anything, we're going in there to see what we can learn from them in terms of how they do things so well," Anderson said Sept. 13. "It's running very well, very solid, with a great operations team as well as a great residential base."
