In a breathtaking display of double standards, this official ignored the parking restrictions he is paid to uphold and left his black Ford Fiesta on a yellow line in a busy city centre at rushhour.
Then he sauntered off to spend 20 minutes dishing out pound sterling60 tickets to other motorists for doing exactly the same thing. It was just too bad for warden number 004 that The Mail on Sunday caught him in the act.
