JUGGLING careers, families and an ever-hectic social schedule is a way of life for many Londoners.
But there is a price to pay for the growing number of people committed to working hard and playing hard in equal measure.
More than a third of Britons lose the equivalent of one month's sleep every year - and grab an average of just six hours a night - a new survey published today reveals.
One in 10 sleep for five hours a night - three hours less than the recommended eight, resulting in a loss of six weeks sleep a year.
