PASTA FROM ITALY: Pastificio Garofalo S.p.A. ("Garofalo") and the Italian American Pasta Company ("IAPC") sold pasta to the U.S. at less than normal value from July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001, according to the preliminarily results of the review of the antidumping duty order on certain pasta from Italy. However, two other exporters, Pastificio Guido Ferrara S.r.l. ("Ferrara") and Pastificio Fratelli Pagani S.p.A. ("Pagani") did not make sales to the U.S. at less than normal value. The dumping margins are as follows: IAPC, 7.04%, Ferrara, 0.38%, Garofalo, 0.77% and Pagani, 0.00%. For more information contact: Brian Ledgerwood or Mark Young, AD/CVD Enforcement, (202) ...
