GARDNER ANNOUNCES COURT OF APPEALS, SUPERIOR COURT APPOINTMENTS
OLYMPIA, Wash., Dec. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Gov. Booth Gardner today appointed King County Superior Court Judge Susan Agid to the Court of Appeals, Division 1, King County.
Gardner also made appointments to the seat left open by Agid, a new position in King County Superior Court and a Superior Court position in Yakima.
Agid, who has served as King County Superior Court judge since 1986, replaces Judge Robert Winsor, who resigned. Her appointment on the Court of Appeals is effective Jan. 1. To retain the position, she will have to run in this fall's election and, if she wins, would ...
