CINCINNATI _ Iraq is a unique, immediate and deadly threat to the United States and must be disarmed even if that means using the U.S. military to overthrow Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, President Bush said Monday.
In a televised address that for the first time detailed for the American public Bush's case against Hussein, the president declared that his goal is to disarm Hussein, who has chemical and biological weapons and is attempting to acquire a nuclear bomb.
