Fitch Ratings has placed 3 classes of Notes from two Market Value collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) on Rating Watch Negative. Fitch has taken these actions after reviewing the performance of each transaction and the out of compliance notice sent to investors of both TCW Leveraged Income Trust, L.P and TCW Leveraged Income Trust II, L.P.
