Greenpeace is embarking on its first e-CRM trial, in an attempt to improve communication to its followers, build loyalty and reduce attrition levels.
Greenpeace's global community of online supporters has grown considerably since it initiated its first widescale use of e-marketing this spring (PM April 26.) It receives 200,000 hits a day, but the organisation wants to tailor its services more effectively by having a better understanding about visitors to www.greenpeace.org.uk.
