DELTA -- Down at the C & J Cafe on Main Street, the coffee is hot and plentiful and you don't have to wait long for breakfast - or opinions - to be delivered.
``What I want to know is why are they putting more cars and exhaust fumes in Denver? It'll take 'em 20 years to build that T-REX thing, and it won't be big enough by the time they finally finish it,'' laments Kenneth Belvill, 74, a retired mechanic with a crusty-but-friendly attitude. ``That money should be used for public transportation.''
