David Gray, former head of corporate at UK law firm Eversheds, has been elected head of the firm, beating Michael Brown, who runs its London office.Gray, who is regional managing partner of Eversheds' Leeds and Manchester offices, will take over from the current managing partner, David Ansbro, on May 1, 2003, and will occupy the post for three years.
Keith James, chairman of Eversheds, said: "David will bring considerable experience and vitality to the role of managing partner and will be an able successor to David Ansbro."
