Oct. 8--A private development partnership revealed plans Monday for a 1,400-acre low-density waterfront resort in Port Aransas that would become the largest development project in the Coastal Bend.
"Not many people are spending billions on a project with frontage on both the bay and Gulf of Mexico. It's going to revolutionize Mustang Island and Padre Island," said Betty Turner, a spokeswoman for the developers.
