Celebrate San Diego's military heritage and join the ranks for fun and festivities during the 6th annual Fleet Week San Diego with patriotic events throughout late September and the month of October. The East County Military Appreciation Day will kick off the celebration, and the festivities will culminate with a brand new patriotic event, the San Diego Star Spangled Salute. Other highlights include the Sea and Air Parade, Holiday Bowl Chrysler Speed Fest, and the Miramar Air Show.
