In "White Oleander," Michelle Pfeiffer plays a convicted murderer who makes Hannibal Lecter look like a wimp. "Prison agrees with me," says Pfeiffer's character, Ingrid Magnusson, receiving her daughter, her first visitor in the slammer. "There's no hypocrisy here.
