30th anniversary of decolonization Declaration marked
A consensus resolution commemorating the thritieth anniversary of the 1960 Declaration on the Granting of independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples was adopted at the close of the 1990 session (22 January-20 August, New York) of the General Assembly's Special Committee on implementing that historic document.
