BACK on the route of the Michelin Stars, before heading south we crept just over the border to Chester for the food in Arkle Restaurant in the Duke of Westminster's Grosvenor Hotel. It has held a Michelin Star for 12 years and hence is a reference for other Michelin restaurants.
