With a newly built 58,000-SF A&P grocery anchor having opened in mid-July, leasing activity at the Ridge Plaza shopping center has been "roaring ahead," according to Brian F. Ricklin, managing director of asset management for Strategic Resources Corporation (SRC). SRC is the New York-based investment advisor to Phoenix Four, Inc., the owner, through an affiliate, of Ridge Plaza, the 118,000-SF center in Oak Ridge, N.J. The site is clearly on target to be 90%-plus leased by the fall, according to Ricklin.
