Jeremy Woolridge, chairman and managing director at B E Wedge Holdings Ltd, has been elected as one of the new deputy presidents at the Engineering Employers' Federation (EEF). As president of the EEF, West Midlands, Mr Woolridge's recent election to the Federation reflects his ongoing commitment to the interests of the UK engineering industry.
With almost 6000 members employing 900,000 staff between them, the EEF is the UK's largest sector employer's organisation and is charged with the task of representing the nation's engineering, manufacturing, engineering construction and technology-based industries.
