But listening to Kenny Easley yesterday, you got the feeling he was relieved to finally tell his side of his story after almost 15 years of silence since leaving the Seahawks as one of the best - but also most misunderstood - players in franchise history.
Easley, a five-time Pro Bowl strong safety and NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 1984, held a 15-minute news conference with reporters at Seahawks Stadium, then delivered a 40-minute speech to 700 people that at times seemed more like a therapy session during a benefit luncheon for the ...
