Will Barclay and Clyde Ohl are both friendly, with a firm handshake and quick smile.
But the two men running for the open 124th Assembly seat offer voters a choice when it comes to their age, campaign style, background and politics.
Barclay, 33, of Pulaski, is a lawyer running for his first political office.
Ohl, 72, of Camillus, is a retired high school principal who has won nine of 13 races since entering politics the year Barclay was born.
The differences are more stark when it comes to the candidates' political and financial backing.
