Oct. 20--Star Besio loves public transportation, rides Dallas' sleek electric trains all the time, even views them as a sort of civic savior in the fight against air pollution, gas costs and gridlock.
Yet she resolutely refuses to buy the $1 ticket before hopping aboard a rail layout that counts largely on the honor system to make things go.
