ENGLAND: A war against Iraq that could begin with a unilateral preemptive strike would be "illegal, immoral and unwise," Anglican Bishop Peter Price of Bath and Wells told a huge antiwar rally in London's Hyde Park Sept. 28. An estimated 250,000 people took part in the march and rally against U.S. and British action against Iraq.
"I am frightened we are hurtling toward a war that will have unseen and unforeseeable consequences," said the bishop.
