SPRINGFIELD - PeaceHealth has bought out another homestead along Baldy View Lane, adding two acres to the 161-acre site for its hospital and adjoining office/residential complex in Springfield's Gateway area.
The Bellevue-based parent company of Sacred Heart Medical Center on Aug. 16 bought the two acres for $300,000 from Gerard and Winnifred Desrosiers. The deal takes to $34,545,000 the amount PeaceHealth has spent amassing land in the Gateway area since last December.
