JASPER CONRAN JOINS BIDERMANN STABLE
LONDON (FNS) - The Marchpole Group PLC, the UK subsidiary of Bidermann S.A., has signed a 10-year, worldwide licensing agreement with British designer Jasper Conran to produce and market his men's wear.
The agreement adds the first British designer to the Bidermann stable.
"We have been looking for a British designer for a long time," explained Michael Reiney, managing director of Marchpole. "Jasper Conran is up there with Paul Smith (who is in talks with GFT) as a British men's wear designer.
