Oct. 22--KANSAS CITY, Mo.--Troubled SearchHound.com Inc. has settled a legal dispute with JobBank USA over an acquisition gone awry.
The settlement basically calls for the companies to unwind the deal. SearchHound will return 245 shares of JobBank USA to its founder and president, Brett Warner. Warner, in turn, will return 2 million shares of SearchHound stock to SearchHound.
The settlement resolves a lawsuit filed against SearchHound by Warner in April. The suit concerned SearchHound's agreement last year to acquire 100 percent of JobBank's stock from Warner ...
