NEW YORK-Sara Moulton loves to cook, but she loves teaching others to cook even more. During an interview, Moulton can't help but dispense advice about making hash browns from last night's baked potatoes, and then rattles off a recipe for zucchini saute as part of a nice supper.

The executive chef of Gourmet magazine, as well as food editor for "Good Morning America," Moulton is now following in mentor Julia Child's apron strings as an author, with her first cookbook called "Sara Moulton Cooks at Home," due to be published later this month.
