Women In The Nonwovens Industry
A middle level female manager accompanies her boss to a meeting with an older male customer. The customer is very curious about the women's presence and questions her boss. When it is explained in detail what the women's role and qualifications are, the man replies, "Oh, so she is a so-called educated woman."
Picture another scenario. You walk into a meeting room at any nonwovens seminar, anywhere in the world.
