BACK to business after the break, policy, makers in the administration and on Capitol Hill (the new Congress met on January 3rd) are a nervous lot. Nervous about the prospect of a war, naturally. But they are also nervous that the calculations they make in the next two weeks may determine who will win and lose the political battles of the next two years.
