Oct. 25--Best Buy Co., the nation's largest retailer of consumer electronics, said Thursday it has bought the Geek Squad, a Minneapolis-based provider of round-the-clock house calls for computer support and repair services.
Terms were not disclosed.
Sean Skelley, a Best Buy vice president, said the acquisition will greatly expand his company's ability to serve customers, supplementing the national chain's in-store computer service.
