CHICAGO -- Tougher economic times, with restaurants fighting even harder for patrons' dollars, are creating employee-related challenges for Midwest area restaurateurs, according to a survey by Food Industry News, a widely-read Chicago-based trade newspaper covering the Chicago/Midwest restaurant and food industries.
