NEW YORK -- Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, on behalf of purchasers of the securities of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. ("Atlas Air" or the "Company") between April 18, 2000 and October 15, 2002, inclusive, (the "Class Period") against defendants Atlas Air and certain of its officers and directors.
