2003 Winter Conference Keynote Speaker Opening Session Keynoter
Monday, January 13, 2003 * 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Sarah Hart, Director of the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), will be the Keynote Speaker at the American Correctional Association's 2003 Winter Conference. Ms. Hart was nominated by President George Bush for this position and later confirmed by the United States Senate by a vote of 98-0. She was sworn in August 7, 2001.
