Article: Planners to Examine Dallas' Traffic Flow Downtown.

Oct. 25--One-way streets in downtown Dallas could be converted to two-way traffic by 2015, according to regional planners who are asking a consultant to explore the issue.

The consulting firm, Jacobs Civil, will also be asked to help select a location for a second light-rail line that would run through the Dallas central business district by 2013. The light-rail line could be a subway-style underground line or it could be aboveground, planners said.
