Buzzing chainsaws and scraping bulldozers are clearing the way for the Whispering Woods home development in Twinsburg.
Heritage Development Corp. of Moreland Hills is installing the 127-lot residential subdivision on a 40-acre parcel. It's a project that has been long in coming at the site on Chamberlin Road north of state Route 82.
The parcel has been held for development for 20 years by a partnership formed by Heritage chairman Bert Wolstein and Cleveland real estate investors Michael Miller and Ben Cappadora. Mr. Miller said the growth of the suburb has made it the right time to add another subdivision. Development of ...
