The Certification Board for Urologic Nurses and Associates (CBUNA) recently elected Jan Giroux, MSN, RN, CURN, as President. Jan's years of experience as a urology nurse and her many leadership positions within SUNA make her an excellent choice. In 2000, Jan was awarded the Presidents Trophy for Outstanding Contributions to SUNA. Jan became involved in SUNA locally, when it was known as the American Urological Association Allied (AUAA), and held every chapter leadership position.
