Oct. 28--LOS LUNAS, N.M.--Plans for a community aimed at seniors and providing services from assistance to nursing care, will be reviewed early next month by the Valencia County Planning and Zoning Commission.
Crossroads Developers Inc. is designing a gated community for a 28-acre site south of Nancy Lopez Road on N.M. 47 in Rio Communities, according to a site development plan submitted to the county.
