ALL Saints Day and All Souls Day are observed November 1 and 2, respectively. Filipinos, however, troop to the cemeteries even before these days so they can clean and spruce up the graves and niches of their dead departed ones. All roads leading to cemeteries and memorial parks will thus be congested with people and vehicles considering that October 31 and November 2 have been declared non-working holidays. All provincial routes will also experience heavy traffic as many of our countrymen will be spending these days in the provinces.
