Offering higher efficiency and lower emissions than other machines in its class, the new GE MSS002F. (Frame 5E) gas turbine was introduced by GE Oil & Gas at the 31st Turbomachinery Symposium in Houston last month. The 30 megawatt class gas turbine is designed primarily for mechanical drive applications in the oil and gas industry, but also will be available lot power generation.
