Vinny the greyhound stood with his tail between his legs, his leash tight, his grace covered by white batting and black cardboard. He was an Oreo cookie. Chase, too, was similarly encased in cardboard. He was a carton of milk. Together they were an entry at Petco's Howl-o-Ween Pet Costume Contest Saturday.
"I was just trying to think of something for both of them," said their owner, Donna Lynd of Canastota.
