MINNEAPOLIS -- ProVation Medical, Inc. and Welch Allyn, Inc. announced today a joint marketing and sales agreement involving ProVation Medical's ProVation(TM) MD/RN procedure documentation and coding compliance software platform, and Welch Allyn's ProPaq and Atlas patient monitoring product lines. The two companies initial efforts will be targeted at the Gastroenterology (GI) hospital and ambulatory surgery center markets, where both companies enjoy leadership positions.
