Ehrenkrantz, Eckstut & Kuhn Architects (EE&K) announced that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has hired the firm as an advisor for the ongoing redevelopment planning of the World Trade Center site.
EE&K will provide the Port Authority and the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation (LMDC) with architectural services that include urban design, building, infrastructure and transportation design. In addition to advice and counsel, the firm will participate in the design of the World Trade Center site as well as attend public meetings to help facilitate and integrate the ideas and viewpoints of all parties involved with the redevelopment.
