Rose Marie Bravo, Burberry chief executive, has been responsible for a turnaround in the fashion retailer's fortunes.
Bravo joined from US store chain Saks, Fifth Avenue, in 1997 and immediately began to make her mark. She brought in new fashion designers, appointed a new marketing agency and brought celebrity photographer Mario Testino onboard to shoot ads for the retailer.
