PHILADELPHIA -- Improper validation was listed among "project busters" when it comes to building new HVAC systems in existing facilities, thus compelling firms to have design and validation criteria designed from the get go by system architects and engineers.
Dave Goswami, senior vice president of engineering at Integrated Project Services, Hillsborough, NJ, told the Barnett conference here that space limitations are actually the leading problem with renovation projects.
