City Council makes people happy-- just not the ones who live here
Call me crazy, but I sure am glad I don't live in Madison! You folks have babies gang-raping babies, college students getting raped in their dorm rooms, budget messes, annexation issues, cops getting shot at and more. In the midst of all of these crises your elected leaders have chosen to spend their time pretending to be national politicians and weighing in on national issues.
I'm thinking that there must be something in the isthmus water supply, or maybe there's some odd sort of black hole centered above the capitol that seems to suck out all the intelligence in a 20-block radius Either ...
